Velma Stineman

Velma J. Stineman, 73 of New Boston, IL died Tuesday, February 19, 2019 at home. Cremation has been accorded and graveside services are 10:00 a.m. Monday, February 25, 2019 at the New Boston Cemetery. There is no visitation. A memorial fund will be established. She was born September 24, 1945 in Muscatine, Iowa to Earl and Martha Huston Terrill.
Velma graduated from Westmer High School. She married Donavan L. Stineman November 26, 1965 in Muscatine, Iowa.

Velma was a custodian at the Westmer High School and a cook at the Mercer County Intermediate School in Aledo.

She enjoyed fishing, hunting and being outdoors.

She is survived by her husband: Donavan; one daughter: Casey Stineman of Aledo; one son: Randy (Dawn) Stineman of New Boston; four grandchildren: Kylie, Karli, Nick and Katlyn; one sister: Nancy (Doug) Nelson of New Boston, IL; several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; one grandson: Ryan; two brothers, Kenny and Ronnie.
