Scott W. "Sammy" Falline, 62, of Lady Lake, Florida, formerly of Bettendorf, Iowa and Woodhull, IL, died Monday, June 13, 2016 at Mayo Clinic Hospital in Jacksonville, FL. Services are 10:30 a.m. Saturday, June 18, 2016 at Bethany Lutheran Church in Woodhull. Burial is in the Woodhull Cemetery. Visitation is 4-7 p.m. Friday at Peterson-Wallin-Knox Funeral Home in Woodhull where memorials may be left to Bethany Lutheran Church, Woodhull Cemetery Association or the Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, Florida. He was born August 28, 1953 in Moline, IL to Wayne and Joyce Lundell Falline. He graduated from AlWood High School in 1971. He attended computer technology school in Peoria, Illinois. Scott married Marsha Barrett September 19, 1987 at the Asbury Methodist Church in Bettendorf, Iowa.

Scott was employed at John Deere Harvester Works in East Moline, retiring in 2009.

He was confirmed at the Bethany Lutheran Church and enjoyed riding Harley motorcycles, boating, bowling, music and muscle cars.

Scott is survived by his loving wife of 28 years, Marsha and his one and only daughter, Brooke (Matthew) Skahill of Atlanta, Georgia; mother, Joyce Falline of Lady Lake, FL, two sisters, Jill (Terry) Nelson of Woodhull, Gaye (Steve) Norberg of Alpha, maternal grandmother, Evelyn Kicksey of Colona, IL; sister-in-law, Debra Barrett of Costa Mesa, CA; two cats, Izzy and Coco; several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father.
