Michael E. Bagby, 58 of Andalusia, Illinois died Tuesday, October 25, 2016 in the emergency room at Unity Point Health-Trinity in Rock Island, IL. Cremation has been accorded. A Celebration of Life is noon until 3 p.m. Saturday October 29, 2016 at the Buffalo, Iowa Community Center. Private burial will be at a later date. He was born January 12, 1958 in St. Joseph, Missouri to Charles and Pauline Reinke Bagby. He attended schools in Rosendale. Michael married Vera Hadley in 1976 and later married Debra Edwards June 24, 1982 in Junction City, Kansas.
Mike was employed as a painter.
He enjoyed playing drums, listening to the Beatles and especially spending time with his family.
Survivors include his wife, Debbie; one daughter, Heather (Jason) Griffey of St. Joseph, Missouri; three sons, Shaun Bagby of St. Joseph, Missouri; Kenneth (Carrie) Lashbrook of Montpelier, Iowa; Donny (Melissa) Lashbrook of Englewood, Florida; 12 grandchildren; one great grandson and one granddaughter lovingly expected; two sisters, Barbara Osborne of Birmingham, Alabama and Donna Starr of Junction City, Kansas; two brothers, Richard Bagby of Tennesee; Skip Bagby of Birmingham, Alabama; several nieces and nephews.
His parents and one great grandson preceded him in death.
