Kenneth L. Shepherd, age 65, of Macomb, Illinois, formerly of Ophiem, Illinois died Saturday January 2, 2016 at St. Mary's Medical Center in Galesburg, IL. Services are 11:00 AM Tuesday January 5, 2016 at Grace Lutheran Church in Ophiem. Burial is in the Grace Lutheran Cemetery, Ophiem. Visitation is 1 hour prior to services Tuesday at the church where memorials may be left to Grace Lutheran Church or Columbia House of Mosaic in Macomb. He was born January 17, 1950 in Moline IL to Robert and Vivian Mattson Shepherd.
Kenneth resided at the Columbia House of Mosaic in Macomb, IL since 1994 and was a member of Grace Lutheran Church in Ophiem.
Survivors include a brother, Paul (Mary) Shepherd, of Orion, IL, 3 nephews, Quintin, Nathan and Tyson Shepherd and 2 aunts, Ruth Curry and Helen Burgston, both of Geneseo, IL and several cousins.
His parents and a brother Donald preceded him in death.
