Karin D. Munson

Karin Darlene Munson, 55, of Woodhull, Illinois passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, April 19, 2023 at her home. Visitation will be held Wednesday, April 26, 2023 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Peterson-Wallin-Knox Funeral Home in Woodhull. A private graveside service will be held at a later date. Karin was born on February 2, 1968 in Moline, Illinois, the daughter of Gary and Patricia Willems Munson. She was a graduate of AlWood High School. Karin worked for many years as a private caregiver. Karin enjoyed collecting antiques and loved her cats.

She is survived by her father, Gary Munson of Woodhull; brother, Craig Munson of Woodhull; niece, Sondra (Anthony) Flores of Andover; and great-niece, Harper Flores. She was also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Karin was preceded in death by her mother, Patricia Munson.
