Judy K. Ives

Judy K. Ives, of Muscatine, passed away Friday, November, 3, 2023, at UPH-Trinity, Rock Island.

          A Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 pm on Tuesday, November 7, 2023, at Fippinger Funeral Home, Aledo.  Visitation will be one hour prior to service.  Burial will be at Aledo Cemetery at a later date.  Memorials may be made to the family.

          Judy was born on November 11, 1954, in Rock Falls, IL, the daughter of Emery and Audrey (Preston) Young.  She married, Douglas Ives on May 5, 1984, and later separated.  She worked as a CNA.  Judy enjoyed gardening, cooking, baking, bowling, and playing pool. 

          Judy is survived by her daughters, Jacqueline (David) Griggs and Melanie Watts; grandchildren, Tyler Peterson, Darienne Peterson, Faith Dooley, Ariel Watts, and Taija Watts; and great grandchildren, Kameron and Mila Hunter.  She was preceded by parents; brother, Gerald Young; and nephew, Robert “Scott” Young.
