Joyce M. Buchman

Joyce M. Buchman, age 85, of Ophiem, Illinois passed away Friday, January 13, 2023 at the Marigold Rehabilitation and Care Center in Galesburg. Cremation rites will be accorded with the Peterson-Wallin-Knox Funeral Home in Alpha. Memorial contributions may be left to the family.

Joyce was born November 9, 1937 in Moline, the daughter of Carl and Helen Wilson Ossian. She was a graduate of AlWood High School. Joyce was an over the road truck driver for many years. She enjoyed spending time with her family and painting.

She is survived by her children, Cindy Dixon of Monmouth, Kevin McRae of Ophiem; 5 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild; and 1 brother, Perry Ossian of Las Vegas, Nevada.

She was preceded in death by her parents.
