Jo McEwen

Jo Ann McEwen, age 57 of Galesburg, IL, died Saturday, March 31, 2012 at Centennial Hospital in Ashland City, TN. Cremation has been accorded. A Celebration of Life is 10:30 a.m., Friday, April 6, 2012 at Fippinger Funeral Home in Aledo. Burial will be at Candor Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour prior to service on Friday. She was born October 6, 1954 in Moline, IL, a daughter of Floyd and Evelyn Peterson McCaw. She graduated from Winola High School. She married Dan McEwen and was employed by Becks Express Mart.

She is survived by a daughter: Barbara (David) Dickson and their children, Jacob and Brenden Dickson of Cambridge, IL; mother: Evelyn McCaw of Aledo, IL; three brothers: James (Sherian) McCaw of Bettendorf, IA, Rod McCaw and John McCaw both of New Windsor, IL, several nieces, nephews and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her father.
