Jessica Wade

January 9, 1993 — June 11, 2022

Jessica N. Wade, 29, of Sherrard, Illinois passed away unexpectedly Saturday, June 11, 2022, at UnityPoint Health-Trinity in Rock Island. Services are 10:30 a.m. Friday, June 17, 2022, at Fippinger Funeral Home in Aledo. Private burial will be at a later date. Visitation is 4-8 p.m. Thursday at Fippingers where memorials may be left to Wyatt L. Wade Education Fund. Online condolences can be made at www.fippingerfuneralhome.com.

Much to the joy of her big brother “Lil Jim,” she was born January 9, 1993, in Windom, Minnesota to James and Gina Rush Saddoris. “Jess” graduated from Sherrard High School and received her degree as a Veterinary Technician from Blackhawk College. She married William A. Wade April 20, 2019, in Sherrard, Illinois.

Jessica loved animals. She was employed at the Kimberly Crest Veterinary Hospital in Davenport for four years and recently became employed at All Animal Health Care in Aledo.

Bringing life and laughter, Jess always had a laugh to share. She loved to sing and enjoyed all kinds of music. She loved the arts, especially theater and her light will shine long in the lives she touched.

Survivors include her husband, William; 1 son, Wyatt Wade, 2 much loved step-children, Briley Barr and Dominic Wade, parents, James and Gina Saddoris, 1 brother, James Saddoris (Christie) all of Sherrard, IL,  Maternal grandparents, Jim Rush and Gail L. Rush, both of Aledo; paternal grandparents, Ernest Saddoris of Davenport, Iowa, Audrey Fourdyce of Milan, Several Aunts and Uncles and special cousins, Dylan, Dustin, Savahnah, Brandon, Lance, Anya, Levi, and Paula,  In-laws, Trudy and Rodney Stegall of Joy, IL, and their two sons, Ashley Wade of New Boston and David (Callie) Stegall of Aledo, and special friends Chelsie Dexter and Rachel Anderson.
